About the products
The wind turbine industry is a high tech and highly specialized business. There is no overall solution when it comes to design and production of towers. Therefore we always base our solution on our customers’ demands, wishes and requirements. The only quality we deliver is the best. Towers
For 25 years we have produced tubular towers for the wind power industry. Since our first towers left the factory in 1982, we have constantly developed our production and today we deliver some of the best towers in the world.
Windturbine chassis
Since late autumn 2006, Hendricks Industries has delivered wind turbine chassis for the wind power industry. Hendricks Industries can deliver surface-treated chassis, but also semi-manufactured chassis. The picture illustrates the lower part of a wind turbine chassis.
Foundations
As an important supplier of towers for the wind power industry, it is only natural to produce foundations. The foundations are produced to customer’s specification with a volume that is profitable for our customer.
Frames
Hendricks Industries also produces semi-finished components for wind turbine chassis. The semi-finished components are produced according to customer’s specification, as all wind turbine producers all have their unique designs. The best-known semi-finished components we produce are machine frames. These units have been outsourced to Hendricks Industries due to high demands on quality and volumes.
Monopiles
Hendricks Industries have offered monopiles since 2005.
We have delivered monopile sections to the most known offshore windfarm, Horns Rev.
Hendricks Industries offer small and large sections and complete monopiles for the offshore industry.
Our big rollerbender and highly qualified employees enable us to supply monopiles with big plate thickness.
